Very Thorough Testing and Reporting

Fortunately it is a rare ocassion when something we have supplied or fitted fails.  However, due to our high level of customer care, when this does happen we are keen to determine what has caused the fault. 

Below is a photo of valves set in resin, which have been highly polished to check for faults.  This is carried out by one of our suppliers, before they send it to a research lab in Germany where it is analysed under an electron microscope and scrutinised by their experts.  

On this occasion, there were no faults found in the component parts. 

We also work with a Professor of Metallurgy, here in the UK.  His level of experience and wealth of knowledge has allowed us to report very thoroughly on previous component failures.
